Pole vaulting for 6 years

Cleared – 12’7 (haven’t jumped bar for 2 years)

Injured first week of practice junior year so I took the time to learn more about the how and why things work in pole vault. Just started being able to vault again and so far so good! Clearing 11′ bungees just straight pole vaulting (no bend). Currently working on retraining my muscles for the basics.
